混合型多電平逆變器電路設(shè)計(jì)研究
5、結(jié)論
本文針對(duì)混合電平式逆變器和混合單元式逆變器存在的高壓?jiǎn)卧β势骷妷簯?yīng)力過(guò)高、低壓?jiǎn)卧娏鞯构嗟膯?wèn)題,提出了高壓?jiǎn)卧捎枚O管箝位型拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),選取各單元適當(dāng)電壓比的設(shè)計(jì)方法,經(jīng)分析及仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該方法在克服電壓應(yīng)力過(guò)高、消除低壓?jiǎn)卧娏鞯构喾矫媸怯行У摹?br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; ">
