摘要：本作品使用基于Intel(R) Atom(TM) 處理器的嵌入式平臺，采用Moblin嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)，應用多線程技術，實現(xiàn)具有遠程實時視頻監(jiān)測、運動目標監(jiān)測、傳感數(shù)據(jù)采集分析、監(jiān)測信息短信提示等功能的安防監(jiān)測機器人。本作品使用低功耗的Intel(R) Atom(TM) 處理器，延長了系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測時間，并且可擴展多種傳感器以滿足不同安防監(jiān)測的需求。本作品能夠實現(xiàn)靜態(tài)目標偵測和動態(tài)無人巡邏，在系統(tǒng)方案設計上具有一定的創(chuàng)新性和實用性，能有效提高工業(yè)園區(qū)安防監(jiān)測的準確性、快速性、實時性。

Abstract：This wheeled robot utilizes Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor based platform and Moblin OS. With multi-threading technology, the project implemented the features including real-time video capture and compression，data acquisition by sensors，moving target tracking, and has met the need of security monitoring In addition，the low-power Intel™ Atom™ processor used in the design can greatly extends the monitoring time, and expand a variety of sensors to meet the need of different security monitoring. Our design is innovative and practical，and can improve the industrial park's security monitoring more effeciently.
